Youth Ministry

We Work Better Together

We want to work with together to equip each other in order to keep DISCIPLE-MAKING the priority in Youth Ministry across Canada.

Our Vision

The best ideas often come when we gather, share, and dream together. Youth Ministry Library is built on this principle—a circle of collaboration. It’s a space where youth workers don't need to re-invent the wheel, but can connect, learn, and create by gleaning from one another. Even if you can’t meet in person to brainstorm and collaborate, the insights, strategies, and resources of experienced youth leaders are right at your fingertips, ready to inspire and guide your planning and sermon preparations.

Alternative to Curriculum

We want to inspire one another.

Youth Pastors can spend 8–15 hours each week preparing sermons, leaving less time for what really matters—mentoring leaders, discipling students, supporting families, managing admin, and building partnerships. Many turn to pre-packaged curriculum out of necessity—but there’s a better way. Our mission is to provide a library of resources that inspires youth leaders as they prepare weekly sermons and bible studies, plan yearly calendars, develop student discipleship resources, mission trainings, and more.

Don't Rely
On AI

For those leaders who don't want to use generic curriculum, there may be a temptation to use AI to help write messages. Our hope is that sermons spoken by youth leaders from around Canada, who have done the work of seeking God, can inspire you in your writing, and save you time.

Save Money

Most curriculums cost a significant amount of money. Our hope is to provide an affordable option for you to have access to our library so that you don't have to use up most of your budget.

Set Spiritual Direction

When you are forced to use curriculum, you give away the opportunity to set the spiritual direction of your ministry year. You are not able to address what God may be doing in different seasons of your ministry as you are tied to generic content that you struggle to make fit into your context.

Create Relevant Sermons

Using the inspiration of other youth leaders who have created sermons for their youth in Canada, you can use their ideas to come up with your own message for your youth that is relevant and engaging.

Uniquely Canadian

All contributors to the Youth Ministry Library are Canadian. We have such a unqiue context in our country and so we are proud to have the insights and work of Canadian Youth Leaders

Resources in the Library

We have thousands of resources available for you to gain inspiration and ideas.

Sermons & Discussion Questions

You can gain inspiration for your own sermons by learning from what other youth leaders have taught their youth across Canada. This can be so helpful as you prayerfully seek God's direction and inspiration in writing your own sermons each week.

Annual Teaching Calendars & Sermon Series Outlines

Before your minsitry year, most youth leaders will prayerfully discern where God will lead them in their teaching. The goal is that we are sensitive to what God would want to communicate to our youth in each specfic season. A part of this process of discernment is learning from other youth leaders. You will have access to their annual teaching calendars so that you can get ideas that will help you in your planning.

Discipleship Resources

Disciple-making is the priority in youth ministry. How do we intentionally and straegically make disciples? We have resources to help you think about how you can build a disciple-making movement.

Mission Team Trainings

Sometimes the hardest part of mission teams is planning the pre-trip and post-trip discipleship. We have resources from youth leaders across Canada that you can use as inspiration as you plan out the discipleship journey of your youth as you prepare to go.

Youth Leader Resources

Developing and pouring into leaders is one of the most important parts of youth ministry. We want to give you ideas from how youth leaders from around Canada have done this well so that you can lead your team well.

Youth Leader Community

Each month we join on a call as youth leaders from across Canada to encourage one another, pray, and talk youth minsitry.
